Frank Ragan was employed in a Fortune 100 company in a variety of management positions for more than 30 years. Subsequent to that, he was an adjunct professor of digital photography at Austin Community College and an Adobe Certified Instructor in Photoshop and Photoshop Lightroom. He operated a commercial and editorial photography business based in Austin, Texas. His work, in one form or another, has allowed him to live and travel in many parts of the world which is one of his passions. He is a seeker of adventure and knowledge, and may be considered by some as sojourner in the mystifying adventure of human experience.
A degree in education, two degrees in photography, instructor certification in Photoshop and Photoshop Lightroom round out his curriculum vitae.
